If you don’t get it from the title, you never will. Halloween at Nell’s! It is spooky season, so we’re going all out on having a frighteningly good weekend to celebrate. You’ve heard all of these puns before (This isn’t a trick, you’re in for a treat with us this All Hallow’s Eve! No matter witch way you look at it, it is going to be a scream! Ghoul be sorry if you miss this!) from everyone else, so let’s cut to the chase: we’re serving pizza, and drinks, and having some fun, and it is going to be good whether you like ghosts or not.
Plus, as well as our usual £6 margs on Friday & Saturday night, we’ll have £6 Halloween Special cocktails on all weekend – follow us on socials for the latest on what you’ll be supping.

We kick off with a BIG MASSIVE HALLOWEEN QUIZ on the Thursday night, hosted by your friends and mine Liquorice Black and Anna Phylactic, bringing all the nonsense you’d expect of such a scary day (well, a few days before), plus a special edition music round and DJ set from Fat Britney. Book a table here. For Sunday, we’ll be screening the classic Hocus Pocus in the upper deck from 2pm – all completely free, pizzas and drinks available through, get a table booked for that one right here. We’ll also have DJs on both Friday & Saturday – following their crowd-pleasing sets over (what would’ve been) Chorlton Pride weekend, we’ll have Mix-Stress down Friday, with The Niallist taking centre stage on Saturday night, both 8pm til late.

Nelloween Friday sees our favourites Me Gusta swinging by for a set, 7pm til late, with Abigail Ward opening up on the Saturday 3pm til 7pm for the early drinkers before – oh my – we say farewell to a real one. Local legends Le Social are closing up shop, and saying goodbye with one last massive party – selling their natural wine, eating pizza, and having a good old boogie as they say goodbye. Oh, mate!

On Friday night, we’ve got DJ and proud Prestonian Christopher John Grant aka SIMBA spinning tracks from 7pm til late, with DJ Larry Jones of Yard One taking to the decks for an eclectic set full of bangers on Saturday night 7pm til late.
