Nell’s Ice Cream Sandwiches
The best ingredients, treated simply with care and attention and crafted in to Nell’s Ice Cream Sandwiches. Made using Cheshire Farm Ice Cream and our own in-house cookies, our Ice Cream Sandwiches were created with the same ethos as our pizza, but with a wildly different end product.
The perfect accompaniment to any of our pies – whether whole or by the slice – Nell’s Ice Cream Sandwiches are currently available at The Beagle, Common, and Nell’s at Kampus.
Initially baked at the start of the year as a labour of love, the recipes for each were developed and finessed over lockdown by the same husband and wife team who crafted our internationally famous pizzas, our homage to a classic slice shop dessert is, of course, NYC inspired and Manchester made.
