A beer house and dining room to serve the fine upstanding people of Chorlton and beyond.

A mongrel cross between your local pub and your neighbourhood restaurant. We’ll be just around the corner, ears pricked up, tail wagging and ready to meet your needs whether it’s a slap up three course dinner, Sunday lunch with all the trimmings, a homemade bar snack or simply a little something to sup on.

We have developed a menu with our executive chef Laurence Tottingham, with playful takes on colonial relics, British exports and foreign imports, drawing from anything that has influenced the British palate over the last couple of hundred years. We work with traditional recipes as well as modern classics; humble dishes cooked with zeal, attention to detail and thoroughly modern techniques.

As you might expect we have a comprehensive selection of cask, keg and bottled beers, predominantly from the UK, peppered with a clutch of brews from around the world. We’re always on the look out for the best beers to slake your thirst, excite your tastebuds or to pair with our fantastic food, or perhaps all three. We also have an excellent wine list supplied by award winning wine merchants, Hanging Ditch.

Brought to you by the team behind Common, Port Street Beer House and Indy-Man-Beer-Con.
